1. Print copy of Application form
2. All uploaded documents (original and two sets of photocopies)

1. 10^th and 12^th Marksheet
2. Identity Proof
3. Caste Certificate/PWD/EWS
4. Age proof i.e. (10^th admit card,10^th registration)
5. 12^th Admit and 12^th Registration
6. Bank account Proof
7. Addhar Card

3. 4 copies of Passport or Stamp size photograph
4. Anti ragging documents duly filled by students and Guardian (Please download)
